Accelerator Crash Course: Scrumban
Learn the basics of Scrum, an Agile framework for completing complex projects, and Kanban, a technique for managing a software development process, at our 2-day training course tailored for beginners. This course is an ideal first step toward a Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSM).
You don't have to be a technical person to gain value from Scrum. Scrum has application beyond traditional software development. You do not need to be a software developer, or even work in technology, to benefit from using the principles of agile practices like Scrum.
--If you work on projects that are complex, have limited resources such as time or budget) or have shifting priorities and requirements, Scrum can help.
--Scrum certification can be a career-booster. PSM is one of the most common certifications employers seek when they hire.
