Senior University: Chair Yoga
Wednesdays, September 13 to November 1 from 4:30pm-6:00pm
In this free Senior University (age 55 and better) workshop, seniors will engage in chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing, using a chair for support.
Participants will engage their muscle groups in light flexibility and stability exercises while focusing on meditative breathing exercises.
