Senior University: Chair Yoga & Aerobics
In this three-part blended workshop, seniors will engage in both chair yoga and low impact aerobics. The combination of gentle yoga and light aerobics will allow seniors the opportunity to practice flexibility and stability exercises while also improving their cardiovascular fitness. This workshop will be held from 4:00 - 5:00 pm, Tuesdays, April 9, 16, & 23. Senior University workshops are free and open to all those age 55 and better! Registration is required.
