Overview
The scrubber includes a pre-scrubber step that is used to complete the Chart Code for entries that do not contain them. This process is only used if the parameter ACCOUNTS_CAN_CROSS_CHARTS_IND is set to N, which prevents the same account from being used in multiple charts.
